Cheese Sticks and Hit Training

So Carrie and I have been training and trying to get ready to race our first Adventure Race coming in July. I decided to wait until late tonight (after the kids went to bed) to get out the bike and crank out some hit training. Things worth noting.
  1. No Explode (GNC) doesn't taste that great and shouldn't be drank on a full stomach.
  2. Exercising at a vigorous pace right after eating isn't a good idea.
  3. When you feel like your going to blow chunks make sure you run for it. (I would include picture had I wanted to ruin everyones keyboards.)
Tell you one thing Carrie was sitting on the couch laughing at me while I was in the bathroom remember what I had for dinner. And the Cheese stick right before getting on the bike. And you would think that having done this before (McDonalds McSkillet Burrito, right before a Orienteering Race) would have taught me something. Lessons learned a second time have a chance of sticking better, or I hope so.
